Vista Lines keep the wheels spinning

Vista-Lines

Every day, Vista Lines keeps the wheels spinning, both on the road and in their workshop. Now they are greening the experience with solar panels

Headquartered in Romania’s second largest city Cluj-Napoca, Vista Lines International is perfectly located. As a national and international passenger transport and coach hire company, they have managed to be a key player in the field. In addition, their top professionals are an important part of keeping both their own fleet and external customers’ vehicles running smoothly on the road. Now they’re adding a new offering to ensure a better and more reliable fleet as a certified installation partner off Green Energy’s solar panels.

A company with roots in the past

The 100% Romanian company Vista Lines International, in its actual form is dated to 2023, as a result of a reorganization. Today, Liviu Jisa, Ioana Crisan, Augustin Hagiu and Vlad Vana are the head of the company, building on more than 20 years of experience in passenger transport and vehicle servicing. As part of a group the company currently employs around 65 people in-house, spread across 4 departments and with its own fleet of 60 vehicles. In a relatively short period of time, they have managed to monopolise daily passenger transport in the north-western part of the country.

Most recently, they have managed to secure a long-term contract as a supplier of replacement buses on a long stretch of track where train services are suspended due to track renovation. Something that shows how much trust the company enjoys. This is further supported by the fact that they are part of the worldwide Global Passenger Network.

Bus rental for every occasion

Whether it’s airport transport, private coach rental in Romania or services for school students, the company can offer a solution. In addition, they have charter bus service, Meet & Greet service (customised buses where meetings can be held in comfortably furnished rolling rooms) as well as limousine services. Since 2023, they have also been offering minibus transport services.

So there’s definitely a solution for every situation. Whatever the service, both nationally and internationally, Vista Lines International ensures that all quality and safety standards are met. This is the traveller’s guarantee of a safe journey.

24/7 service and safety on all journeys

As a full-service travel agency, the company offers a complete package solution from start to finish. Everything from coach rental, airport transport and accommodation is taken care of. Even lunch and dinner reservations and planning excursions to various attractions are taken care of in advance. With their 24-hour customer service, there are always people on hand to advise customers. All drivers regularly complete driver training courses to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. All buses and minibuses are equipped with the latest technology to maximise safety.

A company that looks into the future

Whether it’s scheduled or charter operations, reliability is key. Every day, the company’s in-house workshop keeps the fleet in top shape to avoid failures and operational downtime. The highly specialised team of mechanics is ready to not only service the company’s own fleet, but also offer service and repair of external customers’ vehicles. Therefore, it was an easy choice for the company to become a certified Green Energy agent for buses and camping in Romania.

In connection with this, Ádám Kovács from Green Energy met Vlad Vana, General Manager of Vista Lines International to talk about what made them become an agent for us. “As a trusted partner of Global Passenger Network, I had the opportunity to see a presentation of the products and after this test I had no doubt that here was a quality product that would fit well into our companyWe installed a 960Wp solar panel kit on one of our Mercedes Tourismo. With the installation, we expect to be able to reduce operating costs in the form of reduced fuel consumption while avoiding idling to maintain the battery in the buses, thus reducing our CO2 emissions. We expect to install many more kits on our fleet and look forward to offering these great products to our customers as well,” concludes Vlad Vana.

We congratulate Vista Lines International on the installation and look forward to a strong co-operation with the new agent in Romania.
