We are always looking for the perfect match for each position, and we always encourage you to apply, even if you don’t feel like you have a lot of experience. A perfect match for us doesn’t mean 10+ years of work experience, we’re instead considering many other parameters aswell.

03. Screening

Potential matches

The screening process is an important step towards finding the perfect match. This process takes place shortly after the the application deadline and consists of our recruitment team shortlisting the candidates that are a match for either an online screening interview or a phone interview.

If you’re not shortlisted for screening interviews you will be notified. You will also be notified if we’re advancing with your profile after screening.

If you are invited to and interview it’s because we’re impressed by your profile, and we feel like you might be the perfect match for the position.

A great part of our interviews is to introduce you to our organisation and a thorough insight into the potential role you’re interviewing for. Furthermore this interview is meant to let us get to know eachother both on a professional level and a personal level.

Welcome to our family of green patriots. A great part of getting a job in our organisation is to learn all about it, and especially getting to know your new family members.

We are always focusing on a good onboarding process, where you will get time to settle in on your new position. All of our new family members will during their starting period go through a week of training where you learn about our products, and furthermore how to install them. You will, assisted by our technicians, get to install a complete solar panel set on a vehicle.

Frequently asked questions

While experience to some degree is important, it is by no means the only thing we consider when we’re looking for candidates. A good match for us is much more than many years of experience. Passion and the right mindset is key factors when we’re hiring, and we always have a good onboarding process, where you learn most of the things you need.
Yes you can. Your application will be securely stored in our talentbank until a potential position matches the qualifications in your application.
No, you cannot see the status of your application, but we will notify you when decisions have been taken, whether it’s a rejection or an advancement.
Your application will most likely contain sensitive personal information, that we cannot legally store, that is why we need the application to happen through our site on a secure connection.

We cannot offer feedback on every rejected application. We will offer feedback for applicants that got rejected after their interview.
