Blaguss needed better fuel efficiency and meaningful CO2 reductions across a large, mixed-type bus fleet – while maintaining the simplicity and reliability drivers and operators depend on.
Solution
Blaguss ran a 6-month pilot on 17 buses across regional and long-haul routes, using a mix of solar system sizes. Following strong results, they began rolling out to the entire fleet, starting with 50 buses in Q1 2026.

The pilot delivered clear fuel efficiency gains and CO2 reductions aligned with Blaguss’s business goals. The decision to roll out fleet-wide was straightforward. Solar is now being implemented across the fleet as quickly and widely as possible.
