What is SolarFleet?
SolarFleet is included with every Green Energy solar system, free with no subscription required. It’s a web app, available on any device with a browser. It connects your solar system to your account, so you can set up your devices and view their live data at any time, to confirm they’re working. Go to SolarFleet to get started.
With a Fleet Tracker subscription, you unlock more inside SolarFleet – including cumulative power data and a full fleet list view – plus the complete Fleet Tracker platform, with dashboards, historical data and reporting. Sign up to Fleet Tracker to get started.
What is Fleet Tracker?
Fleet Tracker is the complete solar performance platform for your fleet. It gives you the data to prove your solar system is saving fuel and reducing emissions – vehicle by vehicle, across your entire fleet. With reporting and performance analysis features. It also gives you access to cumulative power data and a full list of your vehicles in SolarFleet. Learn more about Fleet Tracker.
For a limited time only, a 3-year Fleet Tracker subscription is available for €90 per vehicle – just €30 per vehicle per year. That’s 50% off the standard price. This offer ends July 31, 2026. Sign up to Fleet Tracker before the offer ends.

I can't access my system via the mipv.pro app. Does it still work?
The mipv.pro app has been retired. We’ve migrated to SolarFleet, our new app – you can access it at solarfleet.greenenergy.pro.
Is SolarFleet available to download from the App Store or Google Play?
Not yet. SolarFleet is currently a web app, which you can access from your phone, tablet, desktop or laptop browser – no download needed. Go to SolarFleet to get started.
SolarFleet for iOS and Android is coming soon.
Why can't I search by company name?
We’ve introduced Account ID instead of company name search, to keep fleet data access secure.
If you’re a customer and don’t have your Account ID, ask your Account Admin.
If you’re an installer setting up a vehicle for a customer, ask the customer for their Account ID. If they don’t know it, they can get it from their Account Admin.
If you’re stuck, contact our Technical Support team. For step-by-step guidance, see App Set Up and Installation Guide.
Where do I find the map?
How do I add a new member to my account?
You must be the Account Admin to add a new account member. Go to your Account (top left corner). Click Account Settings, then go to Invite by Email. Enter the person’s email address. They’ll receive a notification inside the app to accept the invitation.
Installers
My login from the old mobile app doesn't work in SolarFleet.
No problem. You’ll need to create a new user account in SolarFleet. Once you’re signed in, you can install or check a vehicle straight away by entering or scanning its IMEI number. If your customer already has an account, you can ask them for their Account ID to link the vehicle to it.
This is the first time I am installing solar systems for a customer. How do I get set up?
Open SolarFleet, create a user account, and you’re ready to start adding vehicles. To add a vehicle, scan or enter the IMEI number of its charge controller. You don’t need your customer’s Account ID upfront – you can complete the installation and link it to their account later. For full step-by-step instructions, see our App Set Up and Installation Guide.
What is an Account ID and where do I find it?
Account ID is the unique code for a customer’s account in SolarFleet. You may know it by an older name –Team ID, Customer ID or Technician ID. These have all been combined into one term: Account ID.
It’s used to link vehicles to your account, so all your data is kept together in one place. If you don’t know your Account ID, ask your Account Admin – they can find it and share it with you.
As an installer, what happens if I don't know the Account ID for my customer?
Don’t worry. You can still complete the installation. Simply skip the account step when setting up the vehicle, and finish as normal. The vehicle stays fully active and saving data – it just isn’t linked to a customer account yet.
You or your customer can link it to their account later. To do this, find the vehicle in the app, click “Config,” and add the Account ID once you have it. Alternatively, let your customer or their Account Admin know, and they can link it from their side.
Do I need to register each IMEI number one at a time?
Yes. Each charge controller has its own unique IMEI number, so vehicles are added one at a time, either by scanning the QR code or entering the IMEI manually. Once added, a vehicle can be linked to an Account ID. To get an Account ID, ask your customer’s Account Admin, or contact our Technical Support team.
Why do I need to re-enter the IMEI number every time I want to see a vehicle's data?
Without a Fleet Tracker subscription, you cannot access a list of all your or your customer’s vehicles. To check one vehicle, enter its IMEI number again. We recommend keeping your IMEI numbers somewhere handy, so they’re easy to find.
With Fleet Tracker, you’ll see all your vehicles in one list. Sign up to Fleet Tracker to get started.
Do I need to subscribe to Fleet Tracker to install vehicles?
No. As an installer, you have access to everything you need in the SolarFleet app to install a solar system on a vehicle. If you need to see more than one vehicle or require access to fleet data, your customer will need a Fleet Tracker Subscription.
Customers with Fleet Tracker
Do I need to set up a new account?
No. You can access the app with your Fleet Tracker account details. All the registered vehicles/IMEI numbers will automatically show in SolarFleet.
Does the new app affect Fleet Tracker?
Not at all. In fact, over time, you will start to see more Fleet Tracker features appearing in the app, giving you even more ways to access your data and monitor your fleet performance.
We are about to get new systems installed. Do I need to set up anything for our installers?
If you want your installer to have full access to Fleet Tracker data on all your vehicles, add them as a user on your account. If they only need to install the system, you can give them your Account ID so they can link vehicles to your account as they go – this will speed things up, but it’s not required. They can also link vehicles to your account later if you’d rather share the Account ID afterwards.
Customers without Fleet Tracker
Do I need to register all the IMEI numbers again in the new app?
Yes. You can copy the IMEI numbers from the old app to the new app. In the new app you can only see one vehicle at a time unless you have a Fleet Tracker account.
Why can't I see my fleet overview anymore?
The fleet overview – seeing all your vehicles together in one list – is part of Fleet Tracker. If you don’t have a subscription, you won’t see this view. You can still check any vehicle individually by entering its IMEI number. Sign up to Fleet Tracker to access more data and features.
If you do have Fleet Tracker and still can’t see your fleet overview, contact our Technical Support team.
What is the cost of subscribing to Fleet Tracker ?
A Fleet Tracker subscription is per vehicle. You can choose from a 3- or 5-year subscription. Once a vehicle is subscribed, an unlimited number of users can access the data on that vehicle.
Standard price list
90003 Fleet Tracker – 1 Year Subscription € 72.00
90001 Fleet Tracker – 3 Year Subscription € 180.00
90005 Fleet Tracker – 5 Year Subscription € 240.00
For a limited time only, a 3-year Fleet Tracker subscription is available for €90 per vehicle – just €30 per vehicle per year. That’s 50% off the standard price. This offer ends July 31, 2026. Sign up to Fleet Tracker before the offer ends.

Troubleshooting
What does "Configuration rejected" mean?
The most common cause is a voltage mismatch – for example, sending 24V to a device wired for 12V. Tap the message to see two values: what was sent, and what the device reports. The device won’t accept a setting that doesn’t match its hardware, so you need to set it to match what the device reports.
The truck is 24V, but the device keeps reporting 12V. Why?
To fix: charge or jumpstart the battery, restart the device, then send the 24V setting again.
My device's reported value doesn't match the real hardware. What should I do?
If the device’s reported value matches the real hardware, just save that value. If it doesn’t match, or the rejected setting isn’t voltage, Report a Problem or contact Technical Support with the IMEI number and a screenshot of the message.
